| Victor Lind
Victor Lind has worked in most
aspects of public and private land development planning for over
30 years. Since graduating from Urban and Regional Planning at the
University of Waterloo, Victor has consulted for engineering firms
throughout Ontario, managed land development and disposal for a
major corporation and, since 1992, provided specialized land management
services through his own consulting practice.
Holding several senior management positions in the Land Development
Division of a $7 billion corporation, Victor set up an internal
Realty Services group that successfully sourced the purchase and
sale of millions of dollars worth of property. Following that, Victor
broadened his experience by joining one of the top Commercial Real
Estate companies in Toronto where he gained valuable experience
in leasing and sales of ICI land. His own consulting practice focuses
on both land development and real estate services combining his
past experience for the benefit of individuals, corporations and
family estates.
A member of the Ontario Professional Planners Association (OPPI),
he is a registered professional planner licensed in Ontario (RPP),
a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP), and was appointed to the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Discipline and Appeals Committee (2007-2009).
